Our Warranty Policy

At Oliver and the Sea, we thrive for superior quality of all our products. We perform outstanding quality control prior to shipping our wholesale products to our retailers and our products to consumers. We offer a 30-day money back or full exchange of an item accompanied with its original receipt if any of the following occurs:

  • Breakage of dials, hands (hour, minute, second hands), Links, Arms, Clasps and Straps.

We appreciate full honesty of all damages performed.

Items are not covered if damages result in lack of care, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear such as scratches, scuffs, and cracks. Lens damages such as scratches, cracks, typical wear and tear to items are not covered.

We describe our products to be “water resistant”. This describes our items to resist water penetration to a certain degree but perhaps not entirely. Any water damage is NOT covered.

Theft or lost packages will not be covered.

All returns would need to be verified by our service team.
